Informations about reservation

Dear Guests,
Before you view our accommodation offer, you are kindly requested to go over our information.
What can you find in our accommodation? The beds are prepared with clean bedclothes, two towels for each person and a complete kitchen (pots and pans, detergent, dish-towel, cutleries, plates etc.), fridge, gas or electric cooker, coffee maker. In most of the accommodations you can find automatic washing machines and other kitchen machines and a hoover. Every accommodation is furnished, they have a television set and you can choose from the wide variety of multi-language channels.
Our prices are very reasonable, they can be found in HUF (Hungarian Forints). In our confimation we can confirm our approximated price in EUR or in USD too, but we calculate the exact price with the rate on the paying date when we issue the invoice. During some highseason periods, such as New Year’s Eve, Easter or Formula 1 we charge you with surcharge.

Our frequent guests can ask for frequent-guest discount.

For long-term rent you can apply for long-term special price.

How to order and how to pay?
The shortest renting time is 2 nights. For one night we charge a surcharge. The easiest way to order is to book on the page of the required apartment or to send us an e-mail with the apartment you have chosen on our homepage. During working hours we will reply immediately and if the accommodation is occupied, we will offer you other apartments. With the transfer of the 2-day rent we will secure the required accommodation for you. You can arrange the payment before your arrival by transferring the money and after it the rest can be settled after your arrival in cash in our office against our invoice.

Terms of cancellation: We reserve the right of changing the accommodation in 30 days before the date of occupying the apartment, but in this case we will secure a similar accommodation with the same price for you. The accommodation can be cancelled earlier than 10 days before the arrival without any penalties. 1 day will be charged beyond 10 days and 2 days will be charged within 3 days or in case of non-shown. The rest of the amount will be transferred back to your account within a month.
