Terms of cancellation

The shortest renting time is three nights. For one/twoo nights we charge a surcharge.

The accommodation can be cancelled earlier then 10 days before the arrival without any penalties. 1 day will be charged beyond 10 days and 2 days will be charged within 3 days or in case of non-shown. The rest of the amount will be transferred back to your account within one month.
Cancellation during stay:
If the price is charged by the published price we charge two ninghts more.
If there is a discounted price we charge two nights in published minimum price.

We keep the right of changing the address of the reserved accommodation in 30 days before of occupying the apartment, but in this case we will secure a similar accomodation with the same price for you.
