Useful Information and Domestic Rules

1./ The apartments can be rented at least three nights. There are possibility for one night as well but a surcharge of 30% will be charged.

2./ The price on our homepage includes the cost of the services(water, gas, electricity, heating, bedclothses, bedlinens, towels and the final cleaning. Ower two weeks stay the bedlinens and towels will be changed and the apartment will be cleaned) and the local taxes.

3./ The keys will be handed over in the office of Duna-Ister or according to our agreement. The keys will be taken back also in the office or according to our agreemant.

If you lhe lost keys the Duna-Ister should be informed immediately and the Guest is obliged to pay the costs of the lock-change.

4./ The chek-in time of apartments from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out till 12:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Other availabilitis on request according to our agreement.

5./ The apartment can be engaged only in the number of Guests that is indicated in the invoice.

6./ Pet is forbidden to be taken into the apartmen.

7./ In case of any problem that turns up during the stay connected with the apartmen should be informed the Duna-Ister or the owner. Complains after leaving the apartmen can not be accepted. The eventual demagers deriving from the non-proper use should be compensated to the owner.

8./ Neither the Duna-Ister nor the owner are responsible for the values or belonging left in the apartmen.

9./ The Guest must observe the domestic rules of the building and with special attention to the morning, early afternoon, evening and night silentium requirements.

10./ The Guest are kindly requested to take care of the order and cleanness of the apartment and not to leave unwashed dishes and waste about.

11./ The Guests are requested to make sure of the closing the windows , electric and front door at the leaving of the apartmen.
